The Committee on Family Matters, Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to Clause 61 of the Family Code of Ukraine (re Objects of the Right of the Estate in the Entirety) as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.4493) supplements Clause 61 of the Family Code of Ukraine with a new part, pursuant to which, a lodgement and a land plot acquired by a spouse in wedlock on the grounds of a free transfer of land out of public or municipal property or privatization of a land plot shall be considered as an object of the right of the estate in the entirety.
