The Bill (Reg. No.4493) supplements Clause 61 of the Family Code of Ukraine with a new part, pursuant to which, a lodgement and a land plot acquired by a spouse in wedlock on the grounds of a free transfer of land out of public or municipal property or privatization of a land plot shall be considered as an object of the right of the estate in the entirety.
